About Chenell Properties
Henriette is the founder and principal member of Chenell Properties. She entered the service industry in the early nineties by successfully
running her own business within the sales and marketing industry, which she did for several years. After deciding on a career change in 1996,
she became an estate agent and was employed by a national real estate company. Whilst working, she studied and passed her board exams in 1997.
Henriette then moved on and established Chenell Properties in 2001 and is the resident agent in Parow. Henriette has since achieved a
NQF level 5 qualification in Real Estate which is mandatory for all principal agents.
Chenéll worked in the insurance industry where she successfully managed a large blue chip portfolio before embarking on her career in Real Estate.
She became an intern with Chenell Properties and has since passed her national certificate in Real Estate (NQF 5). She also passed an international
diploma in Marketing Management (NQF 6) and Business Management (NQF 6) through the Institute of Accounting and Commerce. She has since become
a co-principal member of Chenell Properties and she resides in Durbanville where she is the resident agent.
Henriette’s dedicated and sincere efforts to land the mark in the industry of buying and selling residential properties within the Parow/Northern Suburbs,
resulted in a well grounded business. Chenell Properties professional service boasted them a large group of satisfied clients, which further resulted
in the expansion of their operating boundaries, because of the referral and repeat business by loyal satisfied customers.
Being a resident of Parow for over 40 years, Henriette has for over 20 years specialized in the Parow Area specifically Parow West, Parow East and
Avondale and has a record of selling at least 8 properties within 1 street.
However the company enjoys great success in many areas within both the Northern and Southern Suburbs of which includes areas such as Durbanville,
Bellville, Goodwood, Monte vista ,Table View, Kuilsriver, Mitchell’s Plain, to mention but a few.
The team’s limitless hands on approach driven by their passion for the business, assists in the success of Chenell Properties.
The Chenell Properties team believe in going beyond the call of duty, keeping in regular contact with clients and enjoy personal ongoing contact
doing monthly recipes, messages, birthday cards etc.
The Chenell Properties’ team feel strongly about giving back to the community, therefore a portion of every real estate transaction is sowed back
to the community and/or in missionary projects.
